Our PACS allows us to provide your doctor with much more than plain-filmed images of your exam. We have the ability to put your images in standard DICOM format on a Compact Disc (CD) for viewing on a Personal Computer (PC) in your doctor’s office. Additionally, and with proper authorization, your doctor can be granted 24-7-365 access to our image and report databases through the Internet. We want to ensure your physician’s access to these servers exceeds the current Health Insurance Portability Accountability Act (HIPAA) requirements.
